If you have lost or forgotten your password, you can reset your password yourself for various products.
Versio customer panel
If you are unable to login to the customer panel of Versio, you can request a new password. To this end, go to https://www.versio.eu/retrievepassword. In the field 'E-mail' provide the e-mail address you used to register with Versio. We will then send you an e-mail containing a confirmation link. After you have clicked the confirmation link, you will receive a new password which you can use immediately to login to your customer panel. We recommend changing your password directly after logging in.
If you purchase a webhosting or reseller package from us, and you are unable to login because the login details are not accepted, you can reset them. Login to the customer panel of Versio via https://www.versio.eu/login. Afterwards, you can go to 'Your web hosting packages' or 'Your reseller packages' depending on what package you have and subsequently click 'Overview'. Click the magnifying glass next to your hosting package and click 'View information". Here, you can reset your password. You will immediately see all details of your hosting package on screen.
If you can no longer login to your e-mail account because the login details are incorrect, you can reset the password of your e-mail account. Login to DirectAdmin and click your domain name. Under e-mail management, click ‘E-mail accounts’. Next to the relevant e-mail account, click 'Change' to set a new password for your e-mail account.
