Have you lost your password or do you want to change your password to something else? Here you can read how you change this.
1: Log on to our customer portal at https://www.versio.eu/login
2: Click on My products in the menu on your left and go to -> Domain names -> Overview
3: Here you will see all your domains which you have registered on Versio. Now search for your domain which uses the Site Builder and click on the arrow behind your domain.
4: Now you will be redirected to the page with information about your domain. In this overview you will find the option ‘Sitebuilder’, click on Sitebuilder management.
5: Now you will be redirected to your Sitebuilder options page. Here you can click on Generate new password.
6: Your password will immediately be regenerated and you can find this in the green section on the top of the overview. Save these data somewhere on your pc
