    There is no way to create a new helpdesk ticket.

    You can create a support ticket through the support page.


    Fill in your question, for example "My website is offline" and click on "Search".
    At the right side of the possible solutions you are able to create a support ticket for technical questions or open a chat for short questions about our products.
